- Tzha uses one-time verification codes (OTP) to confirm user identity
- OTPs are valid for a limited time
- Sharing or misusing OTPs is strictly prohibited
We are not responsible for access issues caused by user negligence.
3. User Responsibilities
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
- Interfere with system operations
- Use the app for fraudulent or illegal activities
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software associated with Tzha are the property of Tzha or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Tzha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms (including messaging providers)
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
